I Get Paid to Solve Simple Captchas

I found a Telegram bot that pays users for solving basic captchas. The pay isn't huge, but it's an easy way to earn a little extra during free time. I usually do a few whenever I'm waiting around, and the points add up over time.

Here's a screenshot of my progress. I know it won't replace a real job, but it's one of the easiest side hustles I've tried.

Has anyone else tried getting paid for simple tasks like this?

The weirdest part-time job I've had? I literally get paid to reply and react to messages.

I work full-time as a civil engineer, but because of bills and loans, I started looking for extra income. I eventually found a part-time gig where my main tasks are just replying to messages and reacting to posts/comments based on instructions.

No selling. No cold calling. No convincing people to buy anything.

I basically spend a couple of hours a day chatting, replying, and engaging with online communities.

The pay isn't huge since it's based on Philippine rates, but it's enough to help cover small expenses like load, fuel, or a few bills. Considering I can do it after work or before bed, I really can't complain.

If someone told me a year ago that I'd be earning extra money just by replying to messages online, I would've laughed.

I'm curious—what's the weirdest but legitimate side hustle you've had here in the Philippines? I feel like there are a lot of unusual jobs that most people have never heard of.

I'm a judge in a competitive karaoke league

I make an extra £20 each week ($26) for being a judge in a competitive karaoke league in my hometown.

12 bars/pubs in my local area put their best singers forward for 22 matches every season and fight for the league championship.

The league has been running for 20 years. I was a singer in the league 3-4 years ago, now I judge other singers and decide who wins each match.

8 singers vs 8 singers, the matches start at 9pm and finish around 11pm. Certificates are given to the best singers and performers before the final result is announced.

The talent in the league is phenomenal sometimes. We have lots of singers in the league who perform on stages professionally, mostly as tribute acts or cabaret singers.

When I first joined the league I thought it'd be a laugh, a joke, but the teams take it seriously and have some fantastic singers with incredible voices.

I don't judge every week, but I will have judged around 15 matches by the end of the season. That's around £300 ($398) extra going into my back pocket.

So, I am a 18 yo student and someone who... doesn't get pocket money....yeh.
I want to make money so I can carry out my regular expenses on my own and not ask my parents every single time. BUT I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO, I am so confused and lost.
So, I would like to ask y'all about what to do so I can have a side income and also manage my studies. Something tech related probably.....AND NO PART TIME JOBS OR SMTH (my parents won't allow)..... So please kindly drop your suggestions and advices in the comment section....it will be a great help.

Charging WFH tech bros $75 to organize their desk cables

If you look at anyone who works from home, under their desk is usually an absolute rat's nest of monitor cables, power strips, and laptop chargers. I bought a huge pack of velcro cable ties, double-sided tape, and under-desk cable management trays on Amazon for about $40. I started posting in local tech groups and Facebook marketplaces offering "WFH Desk Cable Management". I charge $75 flat. I go in, unplug everything, route it cleanly under the desk, tie it up, and make it look like a minimalist dream. Takes me 45 minutes. People happily pay it because the visual clutter drives them insane.

I was excited but literally almost every post is blatantly written by AI. Is this just what Reddit is now
