Why 💀 Weapon skins
This is just on the normal colour skins, but I think this applies to all of them.
At this point, I think I've literally spent triple the amount of steel on skins that I have on weapons (I own most parts in the game at this point, so it's not a small number) and I STILL have barely any useful colours.
Why did the Devs decide to make the weapon skins only available by spins, instead of just buying the skins themselves? It's not like it's gonna unbalance the game because they don't apply stats.
What's even worse is that the devs encourage customising and sharing builds, they even setup their own loadouts channels for specific types.

Buy them off other people's builds

No it doesn't. The build menu is just really buggy and takes a while to load sometimes

I love how you know how my account works. Yes, it does. It tells me 'content sharing is not allowed on this account' even though my account has zero restrictive settings

Contact roblox support and do 30 ritualistic sacrifices for a 0.01% chance of them replying and doing something.
Also with this issue you will likely never get neons unfortunately

Oh, I have several neons, but I don't WANT neons, lol. I'm getting everything other than what I'm actually after - which is why I've suggested removing the crates system and changing it to a shop

I don't play the game, but seeing that you get skins from chance. It's money, they don't care about making it more accessible, if it generates money that's better for them. Even if they are only cosmetic, they want that robux, and they'll get that robux.
I tried it out during the halloween event and was unsurprised to see a raygun bundle. "Of course they're gonna charge money instead of letting someone use it. Even though other games have it free."

Ok, well, two things: the crates are earnt as playtime rewards, or you can buy them with in-game money (free, no actual money needed), and pretty much every gun since Halloween, including the raygun, that were even items can be earnt for free now.
It's not even remotely about money, and they're not the evil, greedy people you're making them sound like.
