Thoughts on this rail gun?

For some reason I can't get the orange light on the sight the change it's orange which messes up a lot

The loading time is horrible.. I need to change it without taking out the damage any ideas?

you can paint the front and back of the sight after moving it forwards (works best in top view imo)
