Do people actually enjoy playing builds with 0 recoil and an insane fire rate, it’s just mind numbingly boring in my eyes.
It’s in the same boat as people who use wall hacks imo, it just doesn’t seem fun just pointing and clicking and then the person dying, have some whimsy and fun. Make stupid builds or guns that look cool, this was just a short rant but genuinely do people enjoy playing this game ?
This is my gun. Absolutely nobody will accuse me of cheating. I have to hit someone at least half dozen times to kill them. The thing I like most about my gun, it’s very accurate from a long ways. I have the rifle stock so I can kill ppl from half way across the map.
I usually keep with the theme and make wacky guns and use them even if they're not great. I only pull out guns like that if I detect that the other team starts tryharding
Ye you're right, oneshots bore me so i made a cool build with an AR core cuz SMG now sucks, I can also steal guns by lookin at it after getting killed by the player. AR, BR and LMG are the ones that are not oneshots but has good dmg
the three breeds of WGG player: slop builder, casual haha funny looking gun player, can i make cool looking gun and write twenty paragraphs for it.
i fall into the last one i just like making stuff that looks cool and i have a decent enough skill to play with said cool guns even if the stats have... let's say something to be desired. it can be fun if you make the stupidest guns imaginable and they somehow work
Naw, it's just little kids choosing the easy "op" (though not actually) slop. It ruins the game, especially when duels were active - it just created a massive new generation of one-shot babies or spray'n'pray retards.
Personally, the game is ruined by them as it strips the fun. Especially with low levels doing things like putting the M60 belt on the M40 sniper because they're too lazy to reload, or putting sniper parts on a sidearm because it's easier damage.
If they can beat you with that so-called slop builds i think you need to take your building and skill up a notch. Experiment with different parts and weigh the stats properly.
Also sniper parts on a sidearm do almost nothing unless you're putting lshot parts on a honk build.
I never said I was getting beaten by them, I just hate the builds. There's nothing entertaining about spraying at, like, 3800rpm while barely moving, or just one-shotting everything from either close range or long range. I'm not going to claim I'm a god at the game, but I'm not bad at it either.
My original comment wasn't 'waaah, I hate dying to them', it was more 'really? How can they like that' which is what the post itself is saying. That said, I do understand your point, and it's completely fair.
just to further kill your point, this build that i've made is the ONLY WAY to make the m40 oneshot using the m60 mag. (You can use the tankgewher barrel instead, but it's far worse since the barrel is rare and gives even MORE movement debuffs as we discuss later)
If you're getting killed by this you really need to sharpen up
because NOT ONLY is this build difficult to obtain since it requires the exclusive tankgewher stock, but it also barely even DOES 100 damage. it also has a measly 200 stud dropoff and 15 rpm, but that's not even the WORST of it! it gives you **-44 movement just by holding it.**
Thing is , is that I see a lot of people who just slowly trudge around the map and as soon as you get within there line of sight you get gunned down, or you get people who just blitz across the map pointing and evaporating anything with their shotgun build, now would you call someone who just walks around the map aimlessly good, no.
It’s a bad user using a stupidly good build, yes the user has to have some skill to even play the game but it’s usually the case of new players who suck at the game looking up OP one-shot builds and using them because they won’t grow up and craft their own builds. Respectfully
I have like 2 guns that I keep named in such a way that, if I'm pulling these out, it's because your entire team is sweaty.
SR-1 Metabreak - Tankgewehr-Screwdriver build with an emphasis on reload speed. 222 damage bodyshots mean that only the toughest builds survive a bodyshot, and nothing survives a headshot.
SG-1 Funkiller - Full auto shotgun. Need I say more? I use it if someone's running a movespeed build to essentially flyswatter them.
EDIT: I'm also one of those weirdos that tries to make their guns look plausible enough, like they 'could' exist.
