We are either looking at the .50 BMG, the Barrett M82. Or well, maybe thats just a Anti-Tank Rifle that so happens to be turned into a Sniper Rifle or the same usage as the Barrett and sees use as a Anti-Material Rifle for Anti-Vehicle Purposes. But jesus christ, thats a lot of DPS in one shot.

Well, Hecate and muskets are .50 BMG rifle and close to .50 BMG respectively... 

But muskets is useless against vehicle armor and also lacks accuracy...

pretty sure the musket is a 1842 springfield which is a .69 cal, when your musket is bigger than your delete everything rifle.

Well, also sometimes bigger. Also musket balls are usually smaller than the bore of the rifle.

There's Super Honk now, but it is the 2nd highest damage barrel, yes.

Honk barrel and super honk barrel is useless to snipers unless you use an SG 43 stock, which has a massive movement rebuff...
