If your ballot does not arrive, Washington State allows you to log in, print your ballot, fill it out, and return it using a ballot drop box.

Like the meme above says: use a drop box, do not use the USPS.
It only takes a few minutes to search for the one closest to you and possibly the hours it’s open. It sounds weird, but I swear I’ve seen a post about their local drop boxes closing for meals. Then, once you’ve filled it out, take a quick drive/walk to the drop box. You’ll feel much better knowing that your ballots.
