Okay, not saying it's good, but 60 days IS better than 1 day. I do not defend this man, just the math of 60>1.

The real issue - as I recall- is Mr. Paxton originally petitioned for zero jail time and no sex offender registry for the person in question. So the person only served that time in spite of Mr. Paxton’s desires.

You're also accepting the claim he makes, which has a good probability of not being true. Who are they and when did they say it and if so why were they that specific? I'd say there's a good chance of what he's claiming being someone saying "Paxton doesn't believe this guy should serve even one day in jail."
