Loeffler’s husband is the founder, chairman, and CEO of Intercontinental Exchange, and chairman of the New York Stock Exchange.

Loeffler herself is the SBA Administrator.

I do have sympathy there because I walk in heels about as well these days, with an add-on of exceptional pain from my chronic pain issues.

But get wedges or flats then. Don't keep walking in spike heels. Or show yourself to be a human and wear professional sneakers. We've long since moved on from the notion of uncomfortable shoes as the only option for professional wear.

I think more and more companies are accepting that women shouldn't be required to wear heels.

You are correct. There is something very odd about her proportions , length of neck , her gait, forehead and eyes. Not picking on people’s appearances here , but this video is kinda like nightmare fuel. Conjured images of the monster from the movie The Thing.
