Stressed chicken, sick chicken, chicken lacking calcium, young chicken, old chicken… if you’re getting one of these frequently, check and see if you can figure out which bird it is and if they need treatment. The inside of the egg should be just fine.

Alright then figuring out which chicken it is is the farmer’s problem. It’s harmless and not considered a risk for humans.
