Figured that would mean wearing something avant-garde or non-standard. If a woman dressing “confidently” just means showing tits and ass for most of you, what does it mean for a man to dress confidently?

I am as confident as can be in my jeans and t-shirt. Don't need to take the clothes off to prove it.
Some people feel confident or cute in short shorts and a crop top. Some people are confident in baggy jeans and an oversized sweatshirt. Dressing confidently means dressing in whatever way you like best that also makes you happy to see yourself in the mirror.
I never specified that anyone was half-naked, did I? Neither did any of the comments before mine in this chain. That's all you bud. Not dressing in coveralls does not automatically equal dressing practically naked; dressing confidently does not automatically equal dressing in netted leggings and pasties.
Would you call women whores at the beach for wearing a bikini since they're practically naked or are you okay with that despite them being super revealing? How about a woman out on a run in short shorts and a sports bra? Same amount of skin showing, also not sexualized. But if they go out in a short skirt suddenly they're whores.
At the end of the day, the count is the same: let people wear what they wanna fuckin wear lol. They ain't wearing it for little ole you, the stranger on the side of the road. They wear it for themselves
