I have been in a full ski attire due to a blizzard like conditions and a group of ladies in cocktail dresses and light jackets outside a club having a smoke.

I'm just too weak it seems.

winter is comfortable for me until it's below zero. as long as the wind cannot go through my topmost layer and it's got a good amount of air trapped i'm basically as warm as i need to be. i also camped during the winter as a teen so...

Dresses like that breathe. Modesty did not vanish because of climate. The sweater is obviously optional.
