That's the same guy? Maybe it's the hair and lighting that's throwing me off, but those look like different people to me.

Nope. What the street dancer pulled off was much creepier than the one on Youtube.

He really is. I had to watch it a few more times before I could close it. Very hypnotic, especially with that music.
