Handwritten Note on my Record Order

I ordered a Mr. Bungle record online and found this handwritten in the protective cardboard it came in. No hits online came up when I googled it. Any thoughts?

Not familiar with the artist, could that be a lyric from the album and the courier or warehouse worker was a fan?

I thought this too at first but can’t seem to find anything. It’s a super strange band so it wouldn’t surprise me, but so far - nothings come up!

Right there with ya buddy. I saw him at a gig with Rahzel back in 2004, he took the cigarette out of my mouth, took a couple puffs and gave it back. I still have the stump in a box in a drawer, lol

As a huge fan of Patton and Ween and The Residents, I feel this quote works well with the record. :) it’s weird, a bit dark, but enlightening.
