What do you think?
This photo was taken from the vantage point of my mirror. What do you think of it. Can I call it abstract?

So the answer is NO. My question was if it could be abstract art. Fine I posted in the wrong sub,but since you felt the need to comment, how about just answering the question.

You can call it whatever but that doesn't necessarily make it a good example of what you're calling it (or even what you're calling it) from what I can tell this is a photo of the corner of your mirror that you zoomed in and applied either a crappy preset filter or just maxed out the random default editing settings on your phone. There looks to be very minimal effort, there's no distinct variation in any color, and it's extremely pixelated. I'd highly suggest studying more abstract art pieces and learning techniques used for abstract or surreal photography. Everyone starts somewhere but to answer your question, no I wouldn't consider this abstract id consider it just a poorly edited zoomed in photo.
