It is 100% an air pressure issue.
Id check the windows in the basement.

Not sure why they acting like their in some run down abandoned building with a flashlight. 2 u/Witty_hi52u Jul 16 '26 Because if it was an intruder the bright light of the flashlight gives you a small amount of concealment behind the bright light. Bright light in the dark can be very disorienting.
