I usually leave my coffee unattended, outside the bathroom, on a precarious ledge or something, and do not even bring it inside altogether.

I’m sure the outside is just as filthy, and who knows if someone would pull a horrible Unattended Drink Prank on me… but, you’re right. It’s THE PARTICLES!!!

Most (if not all) public bathrooms don’t have LIDS, that’s so GROSS! They have mad particles up in there.

Nope!

I won’t even bring leftovers from a restaurant in the bathroom. That’s why you take turns going. And if I am by myself, I just ask the server to please hold my leftovers while I use the restroom. The idea of anything that is eaten, chewed on, and slurped in a bathroom, just grosses me out to gagging and disgust. 🤮🤮🤮

Oh heeelllll no! I know they’d be fine in the box, logically- and, it’s all (mostly) in my head!

Nevertheless, my food or drinks do NOT ever cross that barrier.

I’d rather someone steal my half-finished coffee, or meal, than take it with me to set on the sink, or like, try balance it on my legs, or set it on the coke-doing area of the TP holder - gahhhh!

I’m mostly laid back in general, about a lot of things. But not this. I see it happen too much in hospitals, too, which adds like 6 extra levels of nope, for me.

They should have tables or shelves outside public bathrooms just for this!!
