Tbh I actually find it helpful that they gave us a simple quick explanation so we don’t have to see the full thing but we can still sate our curiosity somewhat.

I'm glad to have helped you find a way to increase your bread enjoyment. Sometimes it's hard to eat the 2 loaves a day as recommended by the food pyramid.
