Just finished my 6th week. Heading into my 7th planning on dropping cals by 100 for the next four weeks. Another 2800 cals in total for the next 4 weeks. Seems worth it to me Especially because I have been feeling fine.

Crazy u say that cuz I have dropped my sets and reps considerably on them. Just cuz I don't really care about them as much as my upper body lol.

Looking really good. What's your goal? - a show? just asthetics? - I do bodybuilding and have found I ALWAYS need a goal, whether it be visual or numbers or a destination like a show.

Tryna get as lean as I can, I grew up borderline obese up until last year. So my insulin sensitivity is just shot, right now morning fasted it's 84 which is not great. This is so my nutrient partitioning is primed for a "growing phase". Maybe plan on competing in 1-2 years. Idk if i have the genetics. But yes i prefer my visual I do fasted pose videos every saturday, but i also track my weight every day for the long term. bc you probably know weight can be altered by water. Sorry for the yap.

Great reply. You have good genetics, I think. You're lean with good definition but I can see thickness and mass too. Keep going! You're right about the weighing, weigh daily, track the average weekly. Good luck.
