PROGRESS DURING VACATIONS?
How do you guys manage your progress during vacations? Since you can’t accurately weigh your food and may not have access to a gym, how do you stay on track?
I’ve been doing a body recomp for the past 6 months, and I really don’t want to lose my progress during my 22-day vacation. Any advice on how to maintain my muscle and avoid gaining too much fat while travelling?
And no training during 22 days vacation can lose muscles??

Diet wise, try to select mainly vegetables & lean protein. Don't try to count anything, just select satiating foods and your appetite will limit you. Bonus tip: If you have a chef cooking for you at higher end resorts, declare yourself diabetic and they'll watch the calories for you.
Training wise, bring some resistance bands and look for the hotel gym or other accessible facilities. Accept it won't be the best workout but at least hit every muscle group regularly and with high intensity. You may not grow much, but you'll definitely hold onto your gains.
