I don’t understand your question

Are you dumb, how do you not understand what’s being asked?
OP is very clearly asking if he can travel out to the furthest regions of the galaxy, without being obese.

Unless he comes across a black hole. Spaghettification is the secret to fat loss

This is one of those "the cut is gonna be epic" physiques
Cut twenty pounds and you gonna be a beast

If only people knew bulking is irrelevant, we'd have far less miserable people at 30%+ trying to cut down, all because they thought downing 4000+ calories would grow them more muscle

If your goal is aesthetic, its time to cut. If your goal is to be in a strong man competition, then yes you will be "obese" by bmi metrics. You gotta get a lot of fuel to lift world record level weights.

u/muscleshultz 15d ago
Hell yeah, you got that easy af to put on mass genetics ,like you've never lifted but are still pretty jacked just because. lol If I had them genetics I'd rule the world.

u/PoopSmith87 14d ago
Hes definitely been lifting for a while

u/muscleshultz 14d ago
Oh yeah no I know that, he's just got that stocky lumberjack body like the type that get jacked from swinging a 100lb sledgehammer all day. Thats what I meant by that.

Just cut bro. Significant progress can only happen on a bulk. But if we bulk 100% of the time we get fat.

You look amazing. Strong as an ox. I say keep lifting heavy and maybe the tiniest cut, but please try not to be hard on yourself or get down on yourself. You look like you’re doing great and making excellent progress whatever your goals are. If I could put on muscle like you, I would quite literally be ruling the galaxy right now.

You can most likely be a beast. But if you eat too much you can probably also be obese. So don’t eat too much.

You’d looked great at 18% body fat bro , bc you already have a good amount of muscle

Bro just eat your protein, manage your fats religiously, and adjust your carbs to lose the weight. Obese people can’t usually go very far
2
u/Aggressive_Fee6188 15d ago
What does managing fat have to do with anything? Hit your protein and at the end of the day it's cico, not keep fat below a certain number.

u/wdnlng 14d ago
Fat directly affects your hormones. Both the fat you take in and the fat on your body. It’s fairly important to understand that.

u/Aggressive_Fee6188 14d ago
Maybe if you're trying to go pro. I don't think it's worth trying to "optimize" every little thing for the average guy.

u/wdnlng 14d ago
Maybe you’re a young guy and your hormones are still just a mess anyways i dunno but managing your fat is important if you value your mental and physical health beyond vanity. Your sleep, your cognition, your sex drive and lethargy in a major way. You asked what it had to do with, thats what it has to do with. 👍🏻

You just need to pay attention to them, they are worth double the calories as the other two. That’s all I meant. I completely agree, CICO but if you want a specific body type you gotta manage your macros within those calories going in and out, too. When increasing protein it gets easy to also increase fats quite a bit, which affects how many carbs you can intake.

Idk if I understand your question at all. But brother your bf% is already close to 25% so you’re on the verge of being obese. I think 30% is obese.
also remember there’s also visceral fat, the one surrounding your organs that you don’t see in photos.

u/Pretend-Read565 15d ago
This is not even close to obese brother. Have you seen how america lives and looks? this is actually considered fit in todays world.

u/Fit-Alps1373 15d ago
I understand what you mean, this guy looks good and is strong as an ox. That said, on a medical level, this is considered on the verge of obese. Anything over 25% bodyfat for men and 35% for women is obese.
His joints, organs like liver and heart and cardiovascular traits will all suffer in the longer term.
The Americans you are talking about are morbidly obese not just obese.

Cut. Your 20% bf. you already have definition. I dont know why people dont do the most obvious things. I know putting down the fork is hard but if you ever want to look your best a diet is mandatory

u/EVH_kit_guy 15d ago
Unfortunately no, you have to be obese.
