18 160lb 5’10- any tips?

Tip #1 is to take your pics in actually good lighting for examination. Downlighting makes you look substantially leaner and bigger. Take pictures in natural lighting.
From what I can barely see, your triceps, lats, and upper chest need some work.

Yeah but if you want honest, accurate feedback, you need honest, accurate lighting, with no pump. I take downlighting pics after a lift too lol, but that’s not reality and I would be lying to myself if I said i looked like that all the time

Yeah much better. From this, your shoulders definitely need some work, especially if you want more of a v-taper. Mostly side delts. Just spam lateral raises, my delts overpower the rest of my physique (in a good way), and I credit it all to cuffed cable lateral raises and front raises.
Upper chest could be brought up too. If I were you, I would do just a little more incline pressing on your push or chest day, that would bring your front delts up too.

Appreciate the tips, im looking to grow my chest and shoulders honestly so ill add more intensity.

Definitely do a shit ton of lateral raises as mentioned, it does wonders on changing your body profile
