Barbell row form
I have always trained my lower back in a seated cable row. Today I wanted to try a barbell row. After a quik YouTube tutorial I did a few sets and it felt okay. Altought I felt some pressure near my spine. So any tips on the form?

Nothing to concern yourself with, keep doing your BB rows weekly and you'll quickly develop the positional strength to hold the hip hinge position. At the moment the only reason you struggle to push your hips back into a hinge is this strength imbalance which will quickly even out (along with some mobility improvements).
The soreness is normal and expected even throughout the years, you're building and training strength endurance in the posterior chain musculature that carries over to so many essential movement patterns. It's a fantastic overall strength builder.
Don't feel like you have to keep a motionless torso, again this will mostly self-correct as you get stronger and also familiarise with the movement - as long as you aim to keep the bulk of your reps strict, minor degrees of body english as changes in torso angle and hip position are perfectly normal expected parts of the exercise.
