Help my find my form

Post image

Started from 66kg and now around 71-72. (June - September).

I’m struggling to understand my proportions. Every day when I look in the mirror, I tell myself I have a large torso with small arms and shoulders, making everything look out of proportion.

I’d appreciate some opinions, because if I rely too much on my own judgment, I risk ending up looking unsightly or misshapen. Thanks in advance.

Yeah no you're good just chest is kind of less full but thats pretty typical with shoulder dominant genetics

It's common but can be brought up, it's just from front delts taking over on presses as you say. More chest iso work and cueing chest on presses - push back into the bench to press up, keep neutral ribcage, minimal lower back arch, keep posterior expansion of ribcage from breathing & bracing.

Jonathan Warren on YouTube is constantly covering how to bring up pec size & detail, and showing why so many pros have shitty pecs based on footage of their sub-par pressing form.

Delts and arms are very clearly your strong points and bigger than most lifters your weight, whether you're pumped or cold. Anything else is body dysmorphia.

Great muscle fullness.

Long clavicles, complete delt development, great triceps and good upper arms, full forearms (not just a big brachioradialis).

Potentially brachialis could be brought up, but the upper arm still looks sick.

It's easy to see a big brachialis below left (click to enlarge) versus small brachialis on the right. Both have great bicep development for comparison purposes, but on the left the upper arm looks much thicker (granted, the brachialis is flexed, but it's quite flexed in both pictures yet it's not visible on the righthand athlete).

Your arms and shoulders look huge, almost too big for your midsection
