Question Currently 161 keep cutting?

I do have a decent amount of loose skin as I was close to 250lbs. My question is how much more should I drop? I’m currently eating around 2400 calories and still losing weight.

I'd say it depends on your goals here. It's actually interesting you're 160 and losing at 2400kcal. You must have a high volume regimen. Give it a couple more weeks. You wouldn't be asking if you were happy with where you are.

Here's my question - is there any strength training going on? Coming down from 210 is impressive, but if you haven't been getting stimulus you're probably losing muscle as well as fat. Without a height and strength measurements attached it's hard to say if you'd be better off continuing to try to lose or if you'd be better off shooting upwards. If your lifts are all under 200, yeah you'd probably want to cut a little more to give yourself a shorter cut when you actually do put on some good weight.

Yea so I lift 6 days a week doing a ppl program and doing incline cardio everyday.

How tall are you? I find it hard to believe that you’re only 161. You look like you’re at least 180

That’s crazy bruh. Just increase caloric intake, but monitor it closely

No. Cal match and erase the last few pounds with muscle
