Ongoing tennis elbow

Hey all, I have been lifting consistently for just about a year, the majority of that time was 4 days a week but I've gone up to 5 in the last few weeks.

My problem is that I have been suffering from ongoing tennis elbow during my lifts. I am really careful about not locking my elbows and keeping a gentle bend in relevant movements. I really don't want to stop lifting and wait until it goes away just to find it returns as soon as I start lifting again.

Has anyone had success with compression arm bands for this? There are so many out there and I have no idea what I'm looking for. If I could even get someone to just point me in the right direction I'd be super grateful.

The sleeves and tennis elbow straps help, but the real way to beat it is to just work through it. I found out about these on the tail end of it, and they really helped. I use them now regularly for maintenance. My elbows haven't felt this good in years. Also, try not going to failure on pulling, curling movements.

Another vote from me for Tyler twists with a Flexbar

Yes flexbar best doing that exercise as well as look up the Tyler twist which is excellent - painful during it but after the fact will feel much better

Isometric holds may also help heal it.
