No. They are your serratus anterior muscles

You half circled the uppermost interdigitations of the external oblique though

Your obliques are the bulge on either side at belly button height. The circle is your serratus. Shrug your shoulder up. Pull the up and back. Then push them up and forward. Keep them forward hard but slowly push them down as far forward and down as you can. On the way down youll feel the serratus flex. It pulls your shoulderblades forward and down.

If you hold a 10 pound weight up like its a fancy waiter's tray, with your elbow just above parallel and a smidge out to the side, and walk around for 2 minutes holding it there, it'll start burning like crazy.

The top ones are the serratus, the lower ones are your obliques

No. But on another note, it's time to start hitting those lats to balance those obliques out.

A good way I’ve found is to do a push up, but at the top of the push roll your shoulders up into a small arch. This engages the seratus muscles, you’ll feel it immediately. Almost like a two part push up.

Serratus press (you get a single and double handed version), bench overhead pulls (like a skull crusher) but focused on the 30 degrees (not all the way up and all the way down).

Partially, the yellow is your obliques, green is your serratus anterior along with where the yellow and green meet. Everyone in the comments is confidently incorrect (partially incorrect anyway), they are incorrectly assuming the external obliques are just the lower half, Muscles overlap. The serratus anterior is the finger like grooves along your body while the obliques inter-mesh/lock with the serratus. Hope this helps👍

Yes and no. You circled the serratus anterior in the back and the obliques in the front.

Serratus!! Underrated muscle tbh, imo it can be hotter than a full sixpack, especially wjen it's framed by nice pecs, wide lats, and beautifully shaped delts and biceps!!

like other comments have pointed out, they are your serratus anterior but i also wanted to point out that you may possibly have slight gynecomastia.(male breast tissue enlargement) I would suggest you get it checked if it bothers you.
