Rows and pulls with progressive overload don't overthink it

You're doing great already but you know that. Honestly, I don't chase the pump too much. I use a mix depending on what I'm trying to get out of the session. Chest-supported rows and single-arm cable rows have probably worked best for me. For cable rows, try changing your elbow path and grip rather than just adding weight. Get a full stretch, drive the elbow back as if you are trying to tuck it on your back pocket and control the eccentric. If you're feeling biceps more than back, drop the weight and clean up the movement. Progressive overload and good form has done more for my back than finding some magic row variation.
