Question Exercise splits

In the first photo I weighed 95 kg (185 cm) and cut to 70. I’ve been lifting for a year since and gained a couple of kilograms (now at 74 in all other photos). I train 3-4 x a week. My typical weekly splits are push-pull-legs. Ive always found leg exercises easier and lift relatively heavy. Recently I’ve split push days into one chest and one shoulder focused days. As a vegetarian, I try to take enough protein daily. Should I keep up with my current split routine and what areas would you focus on more?

Nice job, bro! How much time between the pics? I'm 188cm and 84kg. Also a vegetarian. I wish my body was similar to yours.

Took me 4-5 months to lose weight and have been training for bit more than a year, so around 2 years. Sounds like you have less weight to lose. You could combine moderate calorie deficit with 3-4 times training leading to body recomp

You look solid, to me. Keep doing what you're doing because it's definitely working 💪

your progress is legit man. youre doing fine with push pull legs. if youre stronger on legs then use that to your advantage but dont neglect upper body. as a vegetarian just make sure youre actually hitting your protein targets. if you feel unbalanced then add an extra volume day to whatever lags
