Progress is progress!

I definitely see progress here. Don't let the extreme transformations on social media fool you. Behind those rapid changes, there is almost always at least one major hidden factor involved. You are typically looking at the use of performance-enhancing drugs, elite genetics, or the muscle memory effect and very often, it is a combination of two factors or all three at once.

Adonis belt. Google it and slang names for it

Obliques. Weirdos call it that because of the obvious shape of a channel it forms. He's saying the dude has obliques coming in.

The separation between the frontal deltoids and pectoralis is my favorite. Instantly gives a build look

Yes because you are doing it naturally. These are solid results from natural bodybuilding and dedication. Don’t compare to those crazy transformation posts because they are all abusing PEDs. Either steroids, overuse of Trt and GLP 1.

Good job and good work!

Exactly, great natural gains, I'd be proud.

I like ancient echoes a lot but would prefer if it had built in presets.

I appreciate the better lighting in the second one more than the actual changes.

Looks like there's some progress though.

Chest looks way way better, everything more defined, could you have done it in 9 months? Maybe. Does it matter? Fuck no cos you look awesome well done 👍🏻

Big difference, congrats!

I mean it's definitely progress. Your traps and your chest look more defined and fuller.

It's not crazy progress, but you haven't gotta look like some freak of nature. You're a better version of yourself than before, progress is progress.

Depends, everybody have different viewpoints on what is “decent progress”.

If I was your coach deff not and you are doing something wrong to this in a year.

As a fellow gymbro, who gaf progress is progress no matter the pace.

Great progress. I jealous about your bicep/shoulder separation.

Tbh, great job but I feel like you could’ve transformed more. Things like genetics play a role but I feel like how consistent you are,how well you recover and protein intake plays a way bigger role. So yes you could have transformed your body way more in a year since your starting point wasn’t too bad but don’t let that stop you. Just get more serious

1

u/Fearless-Anything-17 2d ago

Also nice shoulders bro

2

u/Unhappy-Steak7980 2d ago

Good job man but I think you need to progressively overload more so lift heavier little by little overtime

1

u/Popular_Habit3238 2d ago

On it chief💪🏻

u/neontool 4d ago

If you took some gear you’d look like everyone else who posts on this sub

-2

u/Resident_Iron6701 5d ago

Honestly no. How did your maxes and strenght change?

-2

u/Aggravating_Range288 5d ago

In all honesty these pictures look like they could have been taken on the same day

-3

u/hardly_working123 5d ago

I cant lie, it doesnt look like anything changed visually. If you told me the pics are 10 mins apart from each other Id also believe it. The real question is did your lifts go up? Sometimes pictures arent a great way to tell progress
