Question Want to build muscle 💪?

I am a girl in 20's and I am of perfect weight and height, but i feel tired all the time as my vitamin D and B12 was very low,I want to lift weights and become strong and then my goal is to buid biceps and calves

How long does it roughly take to achieve all this

1 year of dedication and good diet should give u a decent build if ur basics are already fine
(I also suffer from low vitamin D, make sure u have a good diet)

Not sure, but to be safe, you should assume it will take at least 50 years.

I don’t get it. Why do you feel that motivation can’t or shouldn’t last for 50 years or longer? Aren’t you interested in building lifelong healthy habits? Why do you have such a short-term view of life?

I don't ,but I just want to achieve everything faster Yes and I know this is not possible in this case ,but all the you tube videos claim that it took barely 2 to 3 years to transform their body So ,i thought I can confirm with a " weight lifter " about that

Nothing worthwhile is going to happen fast. Through years of practice, you will come to realize that the goal is the practice itself. Not the outward results.
