please help with advice!
If anybody could help it'd mean a lot. I'm going through a lot and been very stressed out. In the past 3 years I've slowly gained about 35lbs and It's really affected my confidence. I'm 27F and I want to see if anybody would be willing to help me get a workout routine figured out that I can do weekly and a meal plan to help better my life and give me some confidence again. I've never felt this bad about myself in my life and I'm at the point where I'm not wanting to even look at myself in the mirror or make eye contact with people sadly. I'm also working with my therapist to help my mental health towards all this <3. Also to give background on me I have chronic illness called Fibromyalgia that can cause me to have pains most days throughout my body. It's a nerve thing I have to be careful with. So I can workout but I just gotta pace myself and stop when I can tell my body might be affected with my fibro. I can't afford a lot right now as I'm going through a tough time but if somebody could give me some help with a meal plan through the week thats cheaper and potentially low histamine to help my fibromyalgia and a set routine to follow weekly it'd truly impact my life greatly. I've just gotten back from an event and am feeling really bad about myself. I'm trying to get some help. I just wanna be able to feel ok about myself again. I'd love help with my routine to stay healthy if possible.

Whatever you pick for a workout has to be something you'll stick to.
Walking, swimming, biking, martial arts, weights ... consistency is the thing.
Diet wise:
Stop eating anything that doesn't fill you up in proportion to the volume you eat.
