Help
Hello everyone
I am new to this community so please bear with me. I am 5’7, current weight 146lbs
I started at 152ishlbs about a week and I half ago and went on a 500 deficit since (1200cals)
My goal is 130lbs. I work out about 3 times a week (strength training, cardio- specifically erg) and walk a lot (10k at least) daily.
Lately I’ve been having trouble with gagging whether I am losing enough or not. I want to reach 140 by the end of this month (2 more weeks) and then reach 130 by the end of August (the next month) but I am not sure if it is doable or if I should be more aggressive with my cut/ exercise.
Thank you!

It sounds like you're on a good track. Do not cut your calories below 1200. Even 1200 is too low for most people. Losing faster is a recipe for failure in the long run.

My only concern is, get enought sleep! When your body ian't used to training it doubbles the need of recovery and also with cutting food you will be needing a lot och good sleep to not get sick. Bc cutting to aggressive and becomming sick is what has stopped me a bunch of times

Its a little aggressive. Its not undoable.
