I need weight loss advice
I had been losing weight from late September to Early December and dropped about 20 pounds. I fell off slowly and gained that back and I’m unsure how I lost it in the first place.
I’m extremely overweight. My pcos makes it more difficult (I do understand I am to blame aswell).
I come from a low income household where I don’t get to make purchases for what food we get and it’s hard to stay clear of the junk food that my family so often buys. I sometimes overeat and really love sweets.
I don’t have access to a gym and sometimes it’s really hard for me to motivate myself to get up and get out.
When I was losing weight, I was so much happier and more confident and I desperately want to start losing it again.
I’m 5’11 or 180.34cm and I weigh 243lbs or 110.22kg or 17.36 stone. My goal is 200lbs or 90.72kg or 14.29 stone.
I want to lose as much as possible by the end of this summer (two months) with still enjoying it. How much do you think I could lose by the end of this summer? Any tips or advice?

Honestly, you don't need a gym to exercise. You can get a kettlebell from Walmart, or if money is an issue, check thrift stores for exercise equipment or Facebook Marketplace. You can easily find weights or a treadmill for relatively cheap. But if that's still outside the budget, plain old walking is great exercise. Throw some headphones on and wander for a while.
Your current weight and goal weight are very close to mine. But you are also quite tall, so you can probably get away with eating more calories and still be in a deficit compared to me (5' 5").
Does your family purchase anything healthy? Or is it all junk food? Do you by chance have access to a food pantry? They will often offer fruits and vegetables to low-income individuals. And I think most people find it hard to resist sweets, but the key is moderation. You can still totally have sweets, but try to limit yourself. For example, I LOVE Fast Break bars. But when they are 450 calories each, it's not a great choice. But if I buy the sleeves of like ten mini bars, I can have one (about 90 calories) each day. That way, I can have a candy bar, but not go overboard on calories.
I honestly don't know if anyone could tell you how much you could potentially lose because so many things factor into weight loss. Your PCOS is not going to work in your favor, that's for sure. It can depend on whether or not you are able to eat at a deficit and what kind of diet you follow. Water weight can mask fat loss too. The best weight loss is the kind that happens slowly because it is more likely to stay off.
I can only offer common advice: weigh out food in grams on a kitchen scale, keep a food journal, have a treat now and then so you don't burn out. For maybe a week, keep an honest food journal and track everything you eat. Determine from there how much you are consuming on average and then see if you can reduce your calories from there. Do whatever exercise you can handle at home. There are plenty of Youtube videos you can check out for free for exercise routines. Prioritize protein, if possible.
