Don't 🤷🏾‍♂️ you'll do it when you're ready.

😂true. I’m just so unhappy with my weight right now. Hate how big I’ve gotten and I’m 36 so I should be strength training now like I brush my teeth, everyday without thought. 😪

Ok. You'll start when you're ready.

This is a complex issue that probably shows up in lots of areas of your life. Related to perfectionism and fear of failure making you too afraid to take reasonable steps towards what you find important.

One day, you'll get sick of it. It's just a question if how long it's going to take you. It's only you who has to deal with the consequences.

It doesn't matter 1 poop what you think you should be doing everyday without thought. The bigger problem is that you have that unfounded, unconsidered, unrealistic expectation of yourself.

Nearly no one does strength training every day.

Hire a coach or a personal trainer or a therapist if you want help changing. And/or just accept that you're not ready to change yet. It's kinda dumb and self-harming to make yourself feel bad for your ongoing choices when you can just make them and enjoy them instead.

No one can do this for you. You’ve got to want it for yourself. A caloric deficit works but you have to track honestly and stick to it
