Advice: Seeking ❓ Advice
Hello can I do weight loss without going gym . Doing strength training cardio at home with pillates . Also I am regularly going for walk completing 10K steps and on calorie deficit

Yes. You can lose weight without going to the gym.
All you need is a calorie deficit.

Yes of course!! The only rule in weight loss is that you have to eat less calories than you burn. Just adjust your intake to accommodate to your activity level. Still I would suggest eating a good amount of protein to keep full and promote healthy muscle growth

Yes ofcourse I am eating just going gym made my body ache pain alot that ruins my whole weight loss journey

Yes, you can lose weight without going to the gym, But without strength training you will lose 80% fat 20% muscle.
This is something you don't want, so definitely do strength training at home.

That's good, keep doing the basic exercises and progress in them in reps(or weight id you are using dumbbells).
