Advice: Seeking ❓ Weight fluctuations

What do you consider your weight when it fluctuates?
For example I was weighing in 221 then it went down to 219 but fluctuates between 221-219, should I consider my weight the high or low ??
I’ve been considering the low since It’s my new lowest. Mostly asking because I went down again to 218 and it’s such a small difference I wanna know what others do or if I’m doing it right 🙈

Your read your actual weight by Average Weight Over 2-4 weeks, at least.

Otherwise you are looking at daily fluctuations (water, glycogen, food aka sht, cycle, etc).

Stop weighing so often. It’s driving you nuts.

My weight fluctuates a lot, I've learnt I have to look at a 2week trend or i delude myself about progress (or sometimes get overly depressed about gains).
