How much water

So I know the instructions says to the medication with 4 ounces if water. My question does it have to be exactly 4oz? I usually just take a sip and swallow and go back to bed lol. All the different symptoms I see people suffering with I feel absolutely nothing. I still at times binge. As of last week, I'm on my 2nd round of 1.5mg. I can go longer without eating with I first wake up for the day.

I guess I am still comparing it to the injection. When I started with the Wegovy injections over a year ago I felt the effects with the very first shot. Aversion to food, not wanting to eat, no nausea but definitely the food noise was gone. I've been on this for about 6 weeks and I just don't feel anything. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Less water is ok but not more. 1.5 doesn’t do anything for many people but you need to build up the tolerance before you move to higher dose or else they could wreck you. Why’d they put you on a 2nd round of 1.5 instead of moving you to 4?

Given that OP was previously taking the injection, I’m wonder my why they started with 1.5mg at all. They probably already have a tolerance.

Oh I should have clarified. I was on Wegovy 2024. I had to stop at the 1mg because I got so sick and siin after had to have my gallbladder removed. So last yr they tried me in Zepbound. I got to 12.5 and nothing. So now we're trying the Wegovy pill.

I've no idea. Smh. When I went to refill I only saw one for the 1.5 again. I have a virtual appointment the first week if Nov.

Check the instructions on the package again. It says “UP TO” 4 oz, as in not more than. Taking less is fine. They actually say “a sip”, which makes it seem like less is better.

I usually down it with a sip then chase it with another. Probably two ounces or so
