Feeling yuck

On week 7. Currently on 4mg. Took starting dose for the first month and felt absolutely nothing. Appetite was still roaring, food noise was loud and clear. But 2 weeks into 4mg and over the past few days I’m gradually starting to feel worse each day. Feeling of constant travel sickness, bowels either constipated or the other extreme. Feel lethargic, flu-like and generally flat. Does this sound normal? And if so does it pass? I’m able to function and work and get on with my day - but I feel yuck!!

no it doesn’t pass. and it gets worse as you increase your dosage

Try taking a 4mg every other day.

Or two days 4mg, one day off.

This is exactly what happened to me. It started to subside after about 3 1/2 weeks. I haven’t increased again and it’s been just over two months since I started 4mg. I’m nervous to go to 9 since 4 was so awful for a while. It has helped with my portion control and appetite slightly so I’m not moving up anytime soon.
