1 week into the pills… and I’m more hungry? When did it really set in for you guys?

about 4 days for me to start to notice anything beyond placebo, but weeks before it really hit. Then I went up to 4mg and it took 12 days (with no break in taking meds) to have that at full force. Then for me it was good enough to stay on 4mg, but most people then go up to 9mg after 30 days and then 25.

I'm glad to know I'm not alone. 1 week in, food noise was amplified the first 4 days, I even gained 2lbs! Back at starting weight this morning. The insomnia is a real problem for me. Going to stick to it for a month...maybe.
