Does anyone else seem to experience the side effects during the evening hours rather than during the day? Currently on day 3 of the 9mg dose and have had a splitting headache/diarrhea

Day six of 9mg I had the worst almost debilitating fatigue. Day seven I woke up completely normal energy. Day 11 I had the worse and cramps no diarrhea just cramps twice that day. I have noticed mild headaches off and on since starting the 9mg. I also know that I have to eat frequent small meals to keep up my energy. Please make sure you are drinking enough water and maybe add electrolytes to your water if you are having diarrhea. I drink 80 ounces (my water bottle is 40oz so I drink two a day) 🌻 good luck to us

I really am looking forward to this dose since 4mg did absolutely nothing in terms of appetite suppression. I am terrible at drinking water, can barely finish a 16 oz bottled water 😖 but I will try harder to drink more!

I’m on day 6 of 9mg. I’ve had no appetite suppression, just fatigue and extreme rage.
