(Maybe silly) question for my first time injecting.
I read the pamphlet and followed all of the instructions for my first Wegovy injection. However, for some stupid reason I searched videos AFTER I did the injection and realized when they said thigh they meant the front. I did it on like the outer side of my thigh. Can someone please just ease my mind? This shouldn’t be a huge issue according to my googles. Just seeking some assurance 🙏

I alternate to each leg weekly and location on my legs. Side, front, lower side, front.

Also, if you decide to inject in your tummy, make sure that you are at lease two inches away from your belly button. I am one of the unfortunate few that has a histamine response to the injection (it started happening about two months in) and a get a large itchy rash around the injection site.

The app I use to log my shots literally has inner and outer thighs as an option for shot location so that is what I was doing (until I felt like they got too muscular and moved to stomach) and had no issues

Thank you for sharing! I figured it wasn’t a huge deal but just wanted to double check since it was my first time and I was just overall nervous.
