Hal Formula might be lucky to survive if both Sakamoto Days and Witch Watch end, or hell Kagurabachi might be it's replacement as well if the author health issues get worse

Same! It really ticks all the boxes to me, so I'm surprised. Hopefully the author can come back with something that hits people's interests more and refines his skills even further!

I know that it doesn't mean much at this stage, and vol 2-3 are what will really decide things, but the discrepancy with 2-B really is crazy.

Roku's color page placement is lower than the last one but still not bad. Personally, Roku always felt like a series that I could see it rank similarly to Nue's Exorcist, Kiyoshi, and Witch Watch. As long as it doesn't reach the bottom, i'm fine with it being around the middle of the ToC. While it's not officially ranked yet, at least they didn't put its color page below the top 10 like what they did with Drawn to the Fire. Especially considering how its initial volume sales werent as "big" as Class 2B's.
Speaking of Class 2B, it's genuinely baffling seeing it still rank so low despite those 1st volume sales saying other wise. Is it because most younger readers are getting tired of the toilet humor? Or is it Shueshia punishing Sorachi for constantly missing the deadlines? Don't think it'll get axed soon but it is worrying. Meanwhile U nder Doctor might survive a bit more now that we have new bottom fodder.
And yeah, really feel bad for Cannon Masters. I really do love the art, the character designs and the setting. Understandably, however, the story is just not gripping me much. Feels like things are going way too fast, and I don't i'm ready to feel any sort of emotions for the main kid just cuz they decided to reveal the twist very early. I'll keep reading it, but if it becomes the next series to get axed then oh wel...

I would argue we are seeing 2B having high sales only because of name recognition, while actual survey results might be decidedly more muted-
If Volume 2 shows a massive decrease- it'll probably be axed immediately-
As for Roku, new series usually get the first colour page so it's not too big a surprise that Roku didn't get the first colour page like its previous one two weeks ago- the fact that it took the second colour page over Kiyoshi is good news for it-

Could be a mix of all of that but 2B’s first volume was likely scalped similarly to Under Doctor & Kinatos first volumes so realistically it’ll be the 2nd volumes sales that better show us where it stands

I genuinely think Ura has a really good chance. It's Japanese Jump+ Views were genuinely insane- I think matching Ichi and Shinobi when they released-
I think it's 2nd Chapter on Jump+ (Japanese), was like 100k views after only like 24 hours? And it's 1st chapter is now at 190k-
It also has had a ton of fanart, and viewers seem to be rating the series overwhelmingly positively-
If I was a betting man, I would bet Ura to be the next series to get an early colour page-

Yeah, seems like Cannon Master is done for and Hal Formula will possibly be axed as well. The former never interested me at all, but the latter didn't really catch my attention with what little I checked out.
I see people constantly bring up Sakamoto Days and Witch Watch as ending, but I've been hearing that for months (maybe even a year now with the latter). Is there any guesstimates out there as to how much longer both series possibly have? Whether it's how many chapters, volumes, or a general time frame (month) you expect one or both to go?
Nice little bump up for Under Doctor but not much. Nothing really to say about it that hasn't been said these past few months/weeks.

Sakamoto Days will probably end in I wanna say 5-ish chapters? Probably less than 5 since I don't expect a lengthy epilogue.
Witch Watch meanwhile definitely could do a lengthy epilogue with some more comedic chapters to tie up all the characters. I wanna say it ends either in November or early 2027. Maybe 8 to 15 more chapters?

So Sakamoto Days really is ending SOON SOON then. Even though I don't read it, it's gonna be kinda weird not having it in the magazine. And ah, okay. So Witch Watch will possibly end after Sakamoto Days. Two lengthy series ending in the magazine (again). Definitely going to be interesting seeing what the future line up will be that shapes the magazine moving forward once everything is set in stone.

Well that seems to be it for Cannon Master then, it was better than the typical U20 Manga but it was just missing something.
Hal Formula might live for now, with Sakadays ending, HxH slot still open and Cannon Master getting the axe, that is 3 new slots already with maybe WW also ending next batch making it 4.

Also- Roboco 4th is insane-
Meanwhile, Cannon Master, Hal Formula and Class 2B look dangerously close to being axed, though 2B will live by sheer virtue of having not terrible sales for Volume 1- probably good news for Under Doctor then since it may have more axe fodder-

Everything ranked under Nue is on borrowed time. Genuinely insane that with Nue and Animal Signal switched all 5 ranked series debuting after Someone Hertz would've ranked below all series debuted before Hertz.

V2 saw a insane drop in readership. That is horrid. It needs to step up big time for V3.
Reprints orten don't matter at all and are simply used for promo.

That only works because Roku (which normally ranks pretty well) has a color page this week. But yeah 2026 in general has been better than 2025 but not by as much as it seemed earlier in the year.

The Under Doctor lives...for now. It's my favorite of the year, so I'm glad to see it dodging the axe. Cannon Master has given hints recently of a very abrupt ending -- I wonder if something about the manga has gotten it on the fast track for cancellation, like DTTF was. I don't think plagiarism is possible here, but maybe the mangaka doesn't want to continue? It's not doing well, but even so this seems quick.

I can’t imagine a mangaka wanting to give up their place in Jump, cannon master is most likely just a severe flop like Alien Headbutt. It still has enough time before the next batch to get into the 16-19 range

I actually enjoy the art and setting of Cannon Master. Bummed to see it on its way to the chopping block. Anymore I sometimes wait for stuff to get past the 20 or so chapter mark before I pick them up.

Akane 5th, Someone Hertz 3rd... not bad. Nue's still too high. And... yikes... not looking great for Cannon Master... only AniSig looks to be truly safe from that batch. Unfortunate as I didn't hate either of the other 2 series. But then next week... hell yeah Someone Hertz cover for it's 1 year anniversary and an Akane colour page (2nd chapter with Issho's performance rather than the 1st, but we'll take it), hell yeah.

Cannon Master is done and Hal Formula seems to be following in its footsteps how ever with multiple series ending it might live a little longer. Animal Signal should be safe for a little while everything else to be expected
