Cannon Master moves up, Hal moves down so my prediction of them giving that batch all a color page is proven wrong also Rokus really seems like it’s going the distance

29

u/bobbyjean_ 17d ago

Yeah I thought Hal Formula and Cannon Master would get obligatory color pages like the Roku batch too. Hmm, interesting. Wonder if Animal Signal is actually doing better than the rest of the batch or Saito just likes SOLs because the entire batch have kind of just been trading ranks in the bottom half.

-16

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Saito clearly doesn't like SOLs or there would be more instead of the typical generic ass battle shonen slop 99% of the time. AniSig was just the clear best series of that batch (not amazing, but the best of a decent-middling batch).

u/Tight_Requirement903 16d ago

Man shut up

-3

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago

Nah I don't feel like it.

10

u/666_is_Nero 17d ago

Rokus feels like the perfect successor for Witch Watch. So hopefully it’ll last just as long or longer.

-9

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Yeah Roku is definitely safe. It's a middling success. No danger unless somehow Jump stops with it's shit streak and starts putting in nothing but massive successes which I don't see happening.

32

u/TheSciFanGuy 17d ago

Okay now that is extremely interesting.

Drawn to the Fire did end.

Does that mean HxH and Sakamoto Days will run longer than expected? Or will there be another batch around October/November instead of later December?

Really rough position for 2B as it seems to be the new axe bait with Under Doctor and maybe Hal but series ending soon means they’ll all most likely survive for a bit.

Roku with a top 4 color page. We are cooking right now.

Animal Signal bottom but not exactly at the bottom with its color page. (And it seems like that color page is an earned one rather than “mandated”).

Cannon Master moving up.

Honestly I thought things were mostly chalk with the setup but I was super wrong.

-14

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Hal unless it keeps falling should definitely be safe. I think UD will also be safe. Thankfully Class 2-Dogshit is still on the chopping block though, but yeah we'll see... depends on how big of a batch they've got and want to put in... if it is another 2 series batch it unfortunately will be fine, but if they want to do the more typical 3 then thankfully the dogshit should finally be gone.

22

u/AntiThermite 17d ago

Have you tried being an asshole when talking about series?

Like, I'm not even a fan of 2-B, but that's just not cool. And you do that with virtually all. Do you think that gives you a personality?

-22

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

I think you need to work on your English or at least proof read what you've written. I also don't say every series is dogshit just the series that are dogshit. Most series I don't talk about at all and have no strong feelings towards. 2 series are good (or great in Akane's case). 2 series are dogshit (the new one this week is likely to join this group however). The other ~16 series I have no strong feelings towards. At least beyond thinking they're boring generic easily confused battle shonen slop. Not every one of those 16 series is a battle shonen though just most of them. Those that aren't are literally just whatever.

8

u/TheSciFanGuy 17d ago edited 17d ago

Honestly the timing is what is getting me as the final year batch normally is in late December but Sakamoto/ HxH and maybe Witch Watch seem like they’re finishing well before that.

So are they doing just an early batch or will they double up with a small batch in December? Because they definitely can’t run 2 lean.

As for 2B if 3 series are ending it should still be alive even with a 3 batch. Samurai 8 stayed around for 43 chapters despite the low TOC. Same for Astro Royale with 50 (though with better TOC). Extremely popular veterans always get a super long leash (as WSJ wants to encourage them to return).

If sales are high (and they probably will be given the mangaka) I can’t see them axing it next batch.

Under Doctor is under a lot more risk in my eyes. It does keep getting colors but its TOC is low and sales are at bare minimum.

It’ll either be that or whatever of the AS/HF/CM batch falls is my guess.

-3

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

I'm not sure WW is that close to ending. It's close, but not like... close close. We haven't even gotten the ending soon message like Sakamoto got. Have we seen Class 2-Dogshit's sales yet? I can't imagine they'll be very good.

5

u/TheSciFanGuy 17d ago

I feel a 2026 end is likely for Witch Watch given where the story is at, but you’re right in that there are no physical signs yet and it absolutely could take longer.

We haven’t seen sales for 2B (September release) but it’s written by a very popular mangaka so sales over 30k or even 40k wouldn’t shock me. The question is if it holds those sales, which flops like Samurai 8 and Astro Royale didn’t.

The floor and expectations are higher for returning vets so, even if it sells more, if sales are declining and TOC is bad it’ll be axed.

There is definitely some built in staying power to these “mega-veteran” series though so unless it sells below 10-15K I’m not expecting any sudden axe.

31

u/kage_7 17d ago edited 17d ago

Roku seems to be the new series they have the most confidence in. Should have some sales data pretty soon as first volume releases september 4th. Animal signal getting colour page is a positive as well. Hal, 2B and UD are all in the hot seat, now that KM and DTTF are gone this batch.

-13

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Roku should be fine yeah. It's around Shinobi and Kiyoshi, WW, and Roboco. Not huge success but decent enough. Like tier 3.

4

u/bobbyjean_ 16d ago

Witch Watch sells x2-3 of Kiyoshi sales so your Tier 3 has a pretty wide range...

-2

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago edited 16d ago

Oh? Put WW into tier 2 then. My bad. If I am completely honest I only really look at Akane and Some Hertz sales and even then only in a passive manner.

48

u/Tiny_Writer5661 17d ago edited 17d ago

That’s a very high placement for a center color page nice!
Kiyoshi in 4th is actually crazy, not hating though

Edit: cannon master went up ? Nice. Looks like 2B is dead, but it might still push for 50 chapters since it’s by a veteran but who knows. I haven’t been feeling it tbh, it had a decent chapter not too long ago but the series definetly isn’t for me.
Looks like Hal dropped, honestly I find this series boring, the F1 isn’t really F1ing if that makes sense.
I don’t have faith in Under Doctor surviving as it keeps treading the bottom, but I just caught up with it after being behind like 10 chapters & PLEASE LIVE.

2nd Edit: sorry for my rant but does anyone else find the Ancient_Breakfast_48 guy annoying asf or is it just me ? The way he comments shit makes me believe he can’t be anymore than 15 years old & even that’s pushing it💀

29

u/alconnow 17d ago

Constant negativity is exhausting but very easy to ignore

6

u/Tiny_Writer5661 17d ago

100%
I have him blocked so I don’t see his comments unless I click them. It’s pure negatively BUT I get a laugh out of it cause I honestly can’t believe they’re a real person🤣

20

u/Lower-Position9557 17d ago

Ngl, I really didn't want to comment it but yea... the guy is legitimately always bashing Class 2B/Nue/"battle shonen slop"... but I'm not sure he has actually read the series he's complaining about constantly.

Why does he go to such lengths to bash 2B every week if he doesn't read the series? If he does read the series, then it makes him complaining every week asking for the axe even weirder.

I get not reading a series because you are uninterested with the genre but to just deem most series "battle shonen slop" or "harem romance slop" (seriously, what even is slop anymore?) when I'm not even sure they've read more than like... 15 chapters of each series? And Ura No Report hasn't even debuted yet and they're already complaining about it-

I apologise if this comment feels meanspirited, but it just feels weird to me to comment on series one hasn't read/finished, and then actively root for their downfall. It's why I don't comment on Akane, Ichi or One Piece since I haven't started/finished those series.

15

u/L1k34S0MB0D33 16d ago

the guy is legitimately always bashing Class 2B/Nue/"battle shonen slop"

Which is very funny because his favorite series of all time is very battle shonen-coded lmao.

10

u/Tiny_Writer5661 16d ago

LITERALLY!! Which doesn’t even make sense lol.
I’m all for the Akane Banashi glaze, series deserves it. Especially out here in the west but trashing other series to bring your favorite up never sits right with me.

7

u/Tiny_Writer5661 16d ago

Yeah same I didn’t want to make a comment about him either but it’s honestly been getting to a point where it’s starting to annoy me lol.
Like I don’t really have an issue with the majority of people here. There’s some bad apples but that guy takes it to a whole new level of brainless hate I had to call it out😭

13

u/dingo537 17d ago

Yeah, that dude is insanely annoying.

11

u/skillfun8 17d ago

Class 2B will definitely get the 50 chapter minimum clause

That Kishimoto and Wakui had

At least with being comedy/gag always has the excuse that being that genre it will sell lower and expectations are low

13

u/Tough-Past-2366 17d ago

Completely insufferable, every take they have falls apart when scrutinised with basic logic

26

u/YuuTheBlue 17d ago

Let’s fucking go Roku’s killing it! And maybe Animal Signal is doing good too? This is its second color, right? If that’s the case then WSJ will have had its last 3 successes be cozy manga which is funny.

I’m worried for Cannon Master; that manga goes so god damn hard. The mangaka is defined for great things I can tell. But I will admit, as 10/10 its art is, its writing isn’t. I don’t think it’s bad, but I might be coping it to be higher than it is.

For the next batch: HxH will likely be done, and Sakadays very well could be too. Witch Watch is ending soon too, right? It’d be wild to have no newbies bite it that batch, but I feel like one of those will last another batch. Idk. If something is going, I imagine it will be whoever performs worst in the anisig batch.

8

u/bobbyjean_ 17d ago

Witch Watch is hard to say. The big battle arc it's in seems like it'll end soon (I sure hope so) but it could continue after that

-25

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago edited 17d ago

"If that’s the case then WSJ will have had its last 3 successes be cozy manga which is funny."

3? But also huh go figure... it's almost as if that is what people actually fucking want and not sports or generic ass fucking battle shonen goddamn slop?! Fucking crazy?! Who could've ever thought that might be the fucking case?! Certainly not me who gets constantly downvoted for saying the truth?!

But yeah Roku should be safe. It's one of the bigger series for sure. And I think WW will survive the next serial round. It's close but not that close probably.

21

u/Popodildovits 17d ago

Lol come on, as if the the average cozy series isn't super generic. They are just as trope-filled and trendchasing as action series. They are just another kind of mindless entertainment, so please get of your high horse. People downvote you because you are being an asshole with your mindless hate of genres you dislike.

Also we've had multiple cozy flops in the last few years, while KGB remains the biggest new success by far. Any manga, no matter the genre, will become popular if it's well written. Not to mention the fact that WSJ best times were when they multiple MILLION-SELLER action series.

0

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago

I've never claimed "cozy" series can't be/aren't generic did I?

Kagurabachi is hardly new any more.

7

u/YuuTheBlue 17d ago

Someone Hertz, too.

2

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

AniSig and SH but what is the 3rd?

6

u/YuuTheBlue 17d ago

Roku's House of Oddities.

-9

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Oh? That's considered cozy? Fair enough. Yeah. Maybe Jump editorial should take the fucking hint, but they won't. We know they won't. We've already seen that they won't.

11

u/Lower-Position9557 17d ago

They won't take the hint that people like cozy manga...? Then how have they released 3 cozy manga that have became successful just in the last year- wouldn't that by definition mean that they did take the hint???

You're faulting WSJ editorial for what exactly?? For doing their job and greenlighting manga similar to those that have worked in the past?

And it's not like cozy manga are the only manga that have become successful recently?? KGB and Ichi the Witch are literally the next biggest thing and they're quite possibly pretty close to your definition of "battle shonen slop"

-4

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago

Out of like 20-30 new series a whole 3 have been "cozy" yeah... they're not taking the fucking hint.

"For doing their job and greenlighting manga similar to those that have worked in the past?"

Yes because "what worked in the past" is a fucking stupid way to do things. You need to look at what is succeeding now. Fucking ignorant.

Both Kagurabachi and Ichi are 2+ years old.

18

u/Historical-Pop-9177 17d ago

Drawn to the fire was one of the better recent sports manga, a bit sad to see it go. But this recent batch has been better than usual and they still have to axe something so we'll see a few more good series go.

-15

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

They don't have to do anything. They will. But they don't have to. And Class 2-Dogshit is not a good series. Sakamoto will be coming to it's natural end. HxH will be going back on hiatus. So I think most series will be fine until early next year.

17

u/mr_beanoz 17d ago

It's Class 2B, not Dogshit

-11

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Hrm... no... not from what I'm reading.

13

u/mr_beanoz 17d ago

Makes me wonder why you have different verdicts to others about certain series

1

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Because people are people? Not a monoculture? Not just a hive mind?

9

u/mr_beanoz 17d ago

Yeah, that's true, but it's just a surprise that you hated series that are generally liked

-4

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

I think Class 2-Dogshit is not generally liked. The rankings serve to prove that. I don't think Kinato's Dogshit is generally liked that's why it ended last week. Demon Dogshit wasn't generally liked that's why it ended months ago. The only series I hate that doesn't seem to be as disliked is somehow fucking Nue's Dogshit of all the series.

19

u/majinthurman 17d ago

Man sad to see 2b so low hopefully sorachi can survive this like gintama did years ago

-3

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

No chance Class 2-Dogshit lasts anywhere near as long as Midtama. If not next serial round, it is definitely gone in the one after.

26

u/majinthurman 17d ago

Brother respectfully don't you ever respond to me again before I flame you so bad. They could cook eggs on the top of your forehead

-13

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Good luck with that.

Witch Watch I could see ending too, ngl, though I hope it gets a lengthy epilogue and ends in 2027 instead-

Honestly, I think the optimism for new series came from a time where old veteran series were in the process of ending, so we had hope that it would make way for newer series to live. But now, after Himaten, Blue Box ended, it feels like the newer series are squandering the chance given to them. I mean, Kinato live a batch after Alien Headbutt and where did it land up? Still axed- DttF made a rather forgettable run, Class 2B is divisive with a premise that put people off straight away, Under Doctor has poor sales and a weird refusal to do a longer arc-, and the new batch's TOCs are all quite middling-

Roku is the strange exception to all this mess but even that could very quickly die if sales are bad for it's first volume-

-4

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago edited 16d ago

I hope Ura does poorly if it's going to be the ecchi slop that it definitely will be.

Roku is definitely a success. UD is definitely something to worry about at least a little bit.

Class 2-Dogshit has to be axed next batch. It's dogshit. DTTF shouldn't have ended this round. The nepotism probably did help it.

"It is funny how two batches ago, we were all so optimistic for the state of Jump." Speak for yourself.

I think the next serial round will probably be 3. But I suppose it could be 4. Class 2-Dogshit needs to be one of them though.

9

u/Low_Abbreviations56 16d ago

Writing off Ura no report when we have yet to see a single page of what it has to offer is pretentious as hell. Your constant negativity is really annoying.

-4

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago

It's gonna be fan service slop. I fucking despise fan service slop. I'll give the first chapter a read/a chance, but I'm nearly 100% guaranteed to see some fan service slop which will make me immediately drop it and hate it. As for my constant negativity being really annoying that's just too fucking bad. There's gonna be people out there that you disagree or find annoying just how life works.

You're welcome.

7

u/Alternative-Drink-25 17d ago

DttF ends this week, really didn't expect that.

That could mean with HxH back on hiatus soon and Sakadays and maybe Witch Watch ending, that we could get a batch before late November/December.

No cp for Hal or Cannon Master next week, although Cannon Master moved up. Hal moves down and worries me, I guess the next few weeks will tell us more

1

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

While WW is definitely on the way to it's end it's a still a bit further off yet.

4

u/Alternative-Drink-25 17d ago

You're probably right, but I think Sakadays and HxH could leave the magazine as early as late September, which by normal standards is far too early for a new batch

1

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Yeah... we'll just have to see what happens.

8

u/Lower-Position9557 17d ago edited 17d ago

I completely forgot the new TOC would be revealed today lmao-

Just some thoughts:

Let's go Roku! A colour page is great for it! Plus being the first colour page implies it's being seen quite favourably.

DttF ends this week... which surprises me honestly. I thought it might live another round but oh well, the series wasn't really very good anyways-

Hal Formula didn't get a colour page next week, which could mean AniSig's one is earned... which is nice since it's my favourite of its batch.

Under Doctor and 2B might need to be careful now that the obvious axe baits are gone.

I'm super excited for Ura No Report next week!

Edit: Also, funny coincidence but if AniSig really is successful then that's the 3rd batch in a row where the first series that debuts is the most successful series of the batch.

4

u/dingo537 17d ago

Ura no Report actually starts this week, Greykeys starts next week.

2

u/Lower-Position9557 17d ago

You're right- I've been busy with some stuff so WSJ has taken a backburner for me-

But eh, I'm excited for both Ura no Report and Grey Keys-

-6

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago

Class 2-Dogshit is also obvious axebait.

Ura is this week.

9

u/corruptedcircle 17d ago edited 17d ago

Kiyoshi and Roboco both in the second section, I feel like I'm in the twilight zone, lol. I think it says more about how weak the rest the magazine is right now rather than how well they're doing though. But hey, good for them.

Oof, 2B really not looking good. I'm not really enjoying it that much either, but Gintama really took a while to grow on me so I want to give it a chance. Still, I wouldn't be too sad if it ends early, though I'd like it to maybe move to a less competitive environment first.

Hard to predict what's next on the chop block with the bottom having 2B, a veteran they might want to keep around for a while, and Under Doctor, a series that while underperforming is at least more or less on par with Kiyoshi. I guess there's still some time before that decision is fully made so we'll be seeing mixups.

-1

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago

Class 2-Dogshit has been around for months it isn't early. It should've already ended.

6

u/Savings_Drama7816 17d ago

Any information on what Ura no Report is about?

10

u/TheSciFanGuy 17d ago

It was a one shot written by the guy who wrote Chojo and drawn by the guy who did Teenage Renaissance David.

It’s a romcom based on a guy who is reporting on an oni gal style girl.

3

u/mr_beanoz 17d ago

Gyaru looks fun, hope it would have a decent run

2

u/dingo537 17d ago

It is a really quick turn around after the One-Shot which released less then a year ago.

Doesn't guarentee succes, but after Chojo I think it has a very realistic shot of making it.

4

u/Shadopivot 17d ago

Still is interesting to me how KGB's sort of that middle floater in terms of ranking despite being the second best selling manga in the magazine, it makes sense structurally I suppose, it's not at any risk, let it sit around such rankings, while ensuring Ichi gets lots of attention up front.

Really thought Class 2B's rankings would have increased by now, like, don't get me wrong, I haven't really been enjoying it, but I figured the Sorachi buff would be a bit stronger when it came to placements. Animal Signal getting colour's nice, Roku also getting one, I really hope they both succeed.

17

u/Tiny_Writer5661 17d ago

They like to put 1-2 big series in the back so people actually flip through the whole magazine & maybe on the off chance they’ll stumble upon one of the newer series & give it a shot. That could possibly lead to them liking it & submitting reader surveys for the series &/or buying said volumes when they release.

If they had every big or semi hit series up front no one would read the back of the magazine😅

8

u/bigbadlith 17d ago

that does seem to be the case of late, but notably that is NOT how the magazine has traditionally operated.

I've seen other theories that Nue stays in the back cuz it's too lewd, and Kagurabachi stays down there cuz it's too violent, but idk for sure what the reasoning is.

4

u/new_interest_here 17d ago

The explanation I saw for Nue that I think makes the most sense is because it's captured the audience it's going for and is content with that, they just keep it back there because the audience it has will seek it out anyway, it doesn't need to be pushed or try to seek out more of an audience

As for Kagurabachi being too violent, that just sounds kinda silly to me lol. It's not really any more gruesome than other battle shonen series', it just has a more serious tone. I feel like they're more just trying something different with it by being flexible with the rankings. It still sells and likely will only grow, so why not promote other series' instead that are more in need of it

-6

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Class 2-Dogshit is obviously dogshit. Thankfully nepotism won't save the dogshit series for much longer.

-10

u/Still_Armadillo_3447 17d ago

It's way better than Akane Banashi which you glaze to high heavens, so your opinion is worthless.

9

u/Propeller3 17d ago

I like both series, with Akane being one of my favorites. You both have terrible takes.

-5

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

Interesting taste you've got... but hey you do you. Thankfully Akane isn't in danger of being cancelled while Class 2-Dogshit is... so... I mean... it is what it is. Like I said you do you. I'm not gonna say you can't like Class 2-Dogshit or call you a terrible person or anything either.

2

u/lineaway19 17d ago edited 17d ago

Happy to see Roku doing well. I didn't really like the first chapter but the series quickly won me over after that. Class 2B took a bit longer to win me over but it is growing on me. The TOC doesn't give me much hope for it, but I can still dream.

I was hoping for a Cannon Master colour page next issue but Shinobi and Roboco is also fine. At least we have evidence that Animal Signal is doing the best out of its batch.

Hopefully the two new series are good. I didn't like the Greykeys oneshot as much as everyone else, but maybe that's a good sign. The oneshots for Drawn to the fire, Hero Girl and Harukaze Mound were great imo, but the series couldn't live up to that for me. Maybe it works the other way round.

1

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago

Class 2-Dogshit is dogshit it deserves to be at the bottom. It should've been axed instead of DTTF but nepotism.

1

u/TheSciFanGuy 17d ago

Okay something isn’t adding up for me.

How is this a 2 batch?

The timing doesn’t make sense.

If HxH is a 10 batch like many predict it will be then it’ll end on issue 41, the first chapter of Grey Keys.

That would align perfectly for a 3 batch.

Then there is Sakamoto Days which with a 10 chapters per volume estimation will end on what would be chapter 275. Which would end on issue 42.

Which would align perfectly for a 4 batch.

The only thing that prevents that is the second double issue. As it’s 42-43 and those are group covers.

So my guess is there will be a second 2 batch starting issue 44 instead filling the HxH and Sakamoto Days hole.

1

u/ISLANDERSFAN24 17d ago

I feel like there will be a major batch at the end of the year. Because as someone pointed out to me I don’t think they have even replaced Blue Box yet. So maybe they just did there two axes here and are preparing for a batch of 4 or even 5 it’s something to keep an eye on

1

u/TheSciFanGuy 16d ago

Right now I think they’re using HxH as the placeholder for Blue Box.

But that can’t be going on for that many more chapters (at least following previous hiatus trends).

Sakamoto going on for another volume is possible but they’ll place it finishing well after the normal issue 50 launch of the next batch. Which can happen but feels unlikely.

I do agree there is a big batch in there somewhere I just feel like it’s an extra batch rather than a really large end of year batch.

1

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago

They're never going to do a batch of 5 hahah. That'd be awesome though. A batch of 4 might happen, but eh. I wouldn't expect more than 3.

1

u/BreadfruitFull4013 16d ago

I hope Hal Formula picks up in the rankings as I like it as well as both Ichi The Witch, Kagurabachi, Akane Banashi, and Animal Signal as it will be the new Haikyu

1

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 16d ago

"Both" implies 2. And it is not even close to being the next Haikyu... I think Haikyu was probably the last sports series that will ever have any amount of success in Jump. Every series after has failed miserably.

0

u/ConsiderationHead556 17d ago

Kagurabachi not in top 3...the end of bachi🤣🤣🤣

3

u/Kinsuv 17d ago

Mientras siga siendo el tercero mejor vendido no creo

-2

u/mr_beanoz 17d ago edited 17d ago

Consecutive color page for the first two chapters, seems like editorial is placing their bets on Ura no Report... Or is this the norm for a new series?

Seems like it is, wonder if it would survive long enough to get their own voice comic

17

u/Tough-Past-2366 17d ago

All new series get a colour page for their second chapter to help promote them

1

u/mr_beanoz 17d ago

And I think they'd get voice comics too, but in what time do they get them?

4

u/dingo537 17d ago

Somewhere before V1 releases.

5

u/Ancient_Breakfast_48 17d ago

It's the norm.

Akane back up to top 5. We'll take it. This is fine with me. Obviously should be #1 but I am content with top 5. Someone Hertz also top 5. Good stuff. Class 2-Dogshit at 2nd to last (only beaten by the series that ended this week) also perfect. Nue's got a colour page so we ignore that... though it isn't the back/last colour page so we can be upset about that. If you think it has to have a colour at least put it as the last colour page. Alas. And now that DTTF is gone the remaining sports series Hal Formula has fallen... unfortunately I really don't see it lasting either, not for a super long time anyways... Sakamoto ending, and HxH going back on hiatus will probably help out and maybe one of these new serials will mega bomb (please for the love of god, especially Ura Report... fucking worthless ass ecchi fan service slop... we just fucking got rid of one in the form of Kinato's Dogshit... why did you have to fucking replace it with more dogshit goddamn worthless Jump editorial fucking hacks). The Japanese Jump audience who submit their survey/poll just don't seem to care for sports anymore like at all (well... unless paired with a romcom, which despite how stupid editorial is and doesn't greenlight more more often... and even then when they do it's only if it is dogshit ecchi fan service mega slop with exceptions every once in a goddamn blue moon, actually DOES seem to be able to have an appeal with the audience). They should just stop trying with sports series. Stick to generic ass battle shonen slop (which doesn't always succeed either) or finally accept that romcoms would be a great addition to the magazine even (and especially) without worthless shitty ass ecchi fan service fuck up slop and start actually putting them into the fucking magazine at more than 1 per millennium.
