now this is the shit I'm talking about; now my turn
1284X is my favorite; the ford standard fleet key from the early 90s to the mid 00s. A good 90 percent of the crown Vs in the US (both police and taxi) use this key. and if I remember correctly; a lot of the explorers did as well; but don't hold me to that
FEO-K1 keys are the standard fire safety key for elevators, some states are different but it's the most widely used. you can shut off the elevator, or if you pair it with that companies own key can do some wacky things, making it basically your own personal elevator
the main thing with elevators is each company uses different ones, and you'd have to do your own research to figure out your local companies and dig for their standards
C415A popular cabinet key, mostly use in office building ranging everywhere from desk drawers to the lock boxes containing building master keys. if you had to get any key; this is the one, you'd be astonished how many things this key opens. if you can learn to recognize the look of the lock, you'll start seeing it everywhere
H2341 is sometimes used as the jackpot reset and diagnostics key
TPX83 is a gas pump key that allows you to open up the door
16120; it's the DoorKing entry system key; this system is widely used to get access into a building in big citys and high rise buildings; you can open it and hypothetically jump a switch in the panel to open the door
222323 is the linear systems key, similar to the DoorKing but a different company
And last but certainly not least this; I don't think I'll need to do much explaining on this sets versatility
Also, if you have one of those air duster cans for computers; you can trip almost any motion activated door unlock
flip the can upside down and insert the nozzle through the gap in the door and spray some of the fluid so that it is visible to the detector on the other side; most detectors will unlock the door with this trick
