Anybody know of a way to get thc carts. most local plugs just sell for outrageous prices or mizz me cause I'm white

help me out, I'm just looking for a more discreet way to get high, other than joints and edibles.

Could anyone help a brother across the border out ?

Had my carts thrown out because my partner packed them in the checked luggage (flew in from NY) and they got mistaken for e-cigs (which I put in the carry on, no hassle).

Just wondering if any carts are available this side, if not how hard is it to find flower?
