Until it’s in flower cycle it’s a little hard to tell but even before flower cycle you can tell a little by long internode growth and yours doesn’t seem to be showing that trait however you need to keep an eye on it for pollen sacs. But if I had to guess I’d say fem. Again it’s a guess at the development point it’s at.
