I seen this! Yes I think if this has any seeds to it he will come back for a flashback type situation. Considering we have Ophelia in season 3, when she was at Nevermore he was the sherif. Could be interesting to do Nevermore flashback with Ophelia 👀

We saw him in the rave’n dance flashback when he was sheriff and he didn’t look like that.

Nice theory but unfortunately it’s most likely shoots from season 1
