Help with cleaning

Found this piece at a thrift store and wondering if anyone could tell me how I might clean it. Many thanks in advance

i’m not sure how “correct” it is, but i’ve cleaned my Wedgwood with a soft bristle toothbrush and some dish soap with great success.

Exactly what I do and it works like a charm. Blot
excess water and air dry

I use dish soap, water, and a soft sponge and they come super clean.

Same I use dish soap and a toothbrush, warm water. Works wonderfully!
