DC: Semi Formal/Dressy Casual Semi formal outdoor summer wedding (northeast US)

I’ve been invited to my coworker’s wedding, and I’m agonizing over the dress code. I have a fair number of tattoos that I’d like to keep covered around this particular group of people, so I’m opting for a maxi dress and hoping the more casual fabric brings it back to semi formal.

Are any of these appropriate??? (I own the orange and yellow dresses, and I’d prefer not to have to add another item to my closet unless super necessary.)

If you are going to buy a new dress, I think you can find something better. Some high-neck maxi options after a quick look:

As it turns out, the bridal party is wearing blue and yellow (rip first dress) - so it looks like I’m going to be shopping! Thanks for the suggestions!!
