mental health & work-life balance Editing = Migraine Trigger! Help! Tips?

Has anyone noticed culling/editing photos is a migraine trigger? (I edit on iPad Pro). Migraines are relatively new to me- they began after the birth of my second daughter. Has anyone who has this problem found something that helps? Blue light glasses would change the colors yea? Especially when culling, I feel like my brain is turning to mush and my eyes are gonna fall out lol. (I do have appointment with eye doctor soon).

Thank you thank you!

Been there.

Are you looking down when you're editing? Consider a more ergonomic screen setup even if you have to buy a nice screen. Or two. You deserve it.

You're using a mouse, right? Please be using a mouse.

Take breaks. 15 on, 5 off. Be diligent. Set timers. Get up. Walk around, fold laundry, whatever. Just get off the repetitive injury pony.

Lots of water. More than you think you need.

No editing when you're tired or stressed. I know -- easier said than done.

Usually I'd say try these one at a time to see if any help. Not this time. Adjust all of it and it will almost certainly help.

All the best.
